Questions
Why does my form reject a photo that looks fine?
Online forms check the exact pixel size and the file size in KB. This tool sets both at once, so the file matches what the form expects.
Is my photo uploaded to your server?
No. The photo is processed inside your browser using your phone or computer. It never leaves your device, and it works even after the page has loaded with the internet switched off.
What if my photo is smaller than the minimum KB?
Simple photos can compress below the minimum. FormFit adds a small blank comment block inside the JPG so it reaches the minimum size. The picture itself doesn't change.
What about SSC photos?
SSC now captures your photo live through the camera during the application, so you don't upload a photo file. You still need a signature file, which the signature resizer can make.
Which background should the photo have?
Most exams ask for a plain white or light background, with your full face visible and no sunglasses or cap. Take the photo against a white wall in daylight for the best result.
